Market at Schladming's Mountain X-mas
Schladming is Styria’s advent city from 27 November 2009. With Schladming’s Mountain Christmas the centre of the city will turn into an advent market.
Tradition, cosiness and uniqueness togehter with modern technologies are the slogan for a contemplative mood before Christmas.
A „Christmas forest“ with about 1,000 glitter balls and stars will not just bring kids eyes to beam with joy. Joyfull the advent time can be framed with hot punch or kid’s punch with “Kletzenbrot”, Christmas cookies and mulled wine.
If you still need gifts for Christmas, you may find the right thing at the huts in the market together with the Christmas tree that fits your home.
Brass ensemble, nativity play, Christmas songs, Christmas films, the smell from Kids bakery and the living animals from the stable of Bethlehem put you into contemplative mood. Long shopping Saturdays in advent-time care for a cosy shopping afternoon on Schladming’s main square.
